Tongue in the Meathaus

We got a nice review in Meathaus...

"These zines are finely created and their evidently extensive efforts deserve contemplation with a stiff drink besides a radiating winter fire."

Zang! Thanks Chris.

He also makes some of the raddest-est zines currently produced.

Fingers-crossed, there is a collaboration in the works as well... Updates to follow.

Who is Andy Mack?????

For many years the images of mystery artist Andy Mack have enchanted our bathroom and brought many hours of pure joy to our household.
Behold...
Sadly the only one we possess, found in a thrift store some years ago... They're just so happeeee!!!

Weeeeeeeee...

Can't get enough of that bottom elephant's constipated expression.   But I also value the message: teamwork gets you cookies.
And while the pink elephants might be reminiscent of a poor man's Lisa Frank, Andy Mack is truly the master of the airbrushed unicorn. (Sorry Lisa...)

What?? Unicorns too? I know it just gets better.
 Just wait...
 Wait for it...

Bammmmm!!!!!!
Lightning laser chains bound to crystals keeping a unicorn prisoner in Stonehenge, the title of this piece is fittingly 'Broken Enchantment'.

If anyone has information about this pink elephant, unicorn painting genius, please share with us!!! Thank you Andy Mack.

March Art Show

Euclidean Theosophy, part 12: the incessant Adventures of Joel Rich, Marcus A.M. Hastings, and the Star Gods

Art and music for this exhibition provided by:

Joel Rich:
Joel Rich lives most of the year in the woods in the interior of British Columbia, milling swords for the LARP battles he initiates with unsuspecting hikers. Sometimes he draws.

Marcus A.M. Hastings:
Marcus A.M. Hastings resides on a small island located in the North Pacific Ocean, on the coast of Canada. Shortly, he will embark on a musical pilgrimage to the Far East. Before he departs, Mr. Hastings, in his kindly way, entrusted this exhibition with a thoughtfully selected collection of drawings.

The Star Gods:
Channeling ancient truths by way of ink, paint and audio recording, members of “The Star Gods”, Nathan Jones and Daniel Giantomaso seek to unveil a new consciousness of Euclidean Theosophy. The Star Gods possess certification from esteemed academic institutions as well as the Canadian government.

Opening: Friday, March 4 at 7:00pm - March 5 at 12:00am

Images of the opening provided by Guillaume Taylor

The show ends March 26th
